Along with my doctor’s session notes, I have kept all the theory he handed out to me to educate me on anxiety and panic disorder and panic attacks. Understanding the theory behind my thinking was critical to not only my recovery and self-belief I could get mentally well, but in understanding my thoughts were nothing unusual for someone who has anxiety.
